She is an ISO and a program! Which means she is NOT BIOLOGICAL. When she dies she disintegrates into pretty cubes. She's pretty tall for a female-shaped program, somewhere in the range of six foot three or four inches when compared to a normal person in the real world.
She wears black cloth and bits of armor with glowy lines etched into it. Here is an example of some programs from the city she takes her fashion from, Argon City:
Her primary color however is green, accented in gold. She can often be found carrying a rod about a foot and a half long on her person, that can turn into a staff or an umbrella, and a second one that turns into a totally sweet glowing motorcycle. It is not to be used indoors.
